The Cousins page lists all your friends, their facebook name, their rank, and their affiliation to you. Cousins are your facebook friends or anyone you have befriended in the game. "Fleet Cousins" are your fleet-mates, "Neighbour Cousins" have home sectors near yours, "Huscarls" are friends you’ve invited to the game, and your "Jarl" is the one who invited you to the game.
You can click on their Imperial Galaxy name to view their dossier: a document with all their achievements. You can view your own dossier by clicking the link "My Dossier".
From the Cousins page you can also view the Leader Boards.
